Escher Process Modules is a leading global Process Technology House and provider of process solutions since 1925. We engineer, fabricate, package and supply:
• Oil & Gas Treatment Systems (a.o. MEG / TEG units, mol sieve units, fuel gas packages)
• Combustion Systems (a.o. flare systems, thermal oxidizers)
• Process Vessels (a.o. rotating disc contactors, crystallizers, separators)

Sustainable system design and project execution are high priorities within Escher. We are looking for an experienced tender manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities
The tender manager reports directly to the managing director and is responsible for the internal coordination and budget control of the tenders.The tender manager determines the tender strategy for each specific tender in cooperation with the responsible account manager and appointed project team. He initiates and coordinates technical engineering deliverables to be made for this tender. Based on engineering deliverables he obtains prices and delivery times for equipment, materials and services via the procurement department, prepares hour estimates and coordinates review of the terms and conditions with the legal department.  After coordination of the risk assessment he prepares the pricing calculation and proposal documents.
The tender manager coordinates clarifications internally and assists in contract negotiations and contract review.

Key Requirements
This position requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering and at least 15 years work experience within the Oil & Gas and/or Chemical industry of which 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar international position. Knowledge of engineering, estimation and project management is required and you must have an excellent command of English language, Dutch is a preference. For this position EU citizenship is required.
